We recently entered our first ever show with our Wensleydales! We took one White and one Black ewe hogg in wool to the South Suffolk show.
With very little expectation but lots of enthusiasm (and a bit of apprehension) Diana and Duncan showed both Wendy (white) and Bramble (black) in the longwool class, coming first and second respectively!
Diana with Chilton Wendy seemed to then keep being asked to go up again in later rounds in what seemed like a bit of a blura and finally went on to win champion female and then supreme Champion sheep. We can't quite believe the haul we have come back with.
