Lambing 2024

We are approaching a third of the way through lambing and the rain has returned! We have managed to turn out the first ewes and lambs yesterday to some fresh grass in our 'Ten Acre' field and the weather forecast slightly betrayed us by raining more overnight. The lambs are strong and the natural shelter of trees and their mums will keep them warm, but the biodegradable rain jackets might be coming out soon.

We have been skeining and knitting for Wonderwool when not out on the farm to showcase our new ranges of yarn (one yet to be announced and another limited edition that will be exclusive to the festivals/shows) and are getting excited to show them off!!

The energy and playfulness of the lambs helps to ward off the sleep deprivation!
